Item says it fits up to size 50. I have a size 40 waist and I don’t see how anyone larger than me could wear this brace.
I ordered a different Mueller brace first (#4581) that said it fit up to size 44 That is ridiculous. I have a size 40 waist and I couldn’t breathe with the brace on it was so tight.

Brace is strong yet flexible. Works well for me (waist size 30-31). the most comfortable to wear it is over a t-shirt. also have a similar product offered by Futuro which I also like.
